LOCATION

The Karhuseutu-region is located on the western coast of Finland. The area's largest city is Pori, (approximately 78 000 inhabitants). However the city centre of Pori is not a part of the Karhuseutu-region's area of operations. The area is easy to reach from Helsinki, from where you have access to Pori by train, aeroplane and bus. The distance from Pori to Helsinki is 230 km, which takes 35 minutes by aeroplane. Pori can be reached from other Finnish cities by bus or by train.
